Coach packet

Select your school and role, then type your name and email. Finish the Season 3 packet. UHSPA staff verifies a completed packet before your name appears on your school team page.

Choose Head Coach or Assistant Coach. Head coaches finish the packet. Assistants can complete the same steps, and unfinished steps stay optional. Staff verifies a coach before the name appears on the team page. A head coach who keeps a stipend also uploads a W-9.
